Founder & CEO

Brian Hill, CPA, is a seasoned expert in taxation and accounting, boasting extensive experience and a solid reputation in the field. After securing his B.S. in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, he made the strategic decision to bring his knowledge and expertise to California in 2004. Since then, Brian has held various key roles as a Tax Supervisor, Controller, and Chief Financial Officer for numerous distinguished companies across Orange County. In 2007, he founded BCH Consulting, where he served as President until its acquisition by Barnett & Company in January 2016. With active CPA licenses in California and Nevada, Brian is a respected member of professional associations including the California Society of CPAs, the Nevada Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has devoted his career to ensuring his clients receive the highest level of financial guidance and support available.

DIRECTOR OF TAX CREDITS AND INCENTIVES

Liliana is a seasoned professional with a rich background in the tax industry spanning nearly two decades. Armed with a Juris Doctor degree from USF School of Law, she combines her legal expertise with practical business and tax acumen gained from successfully running her own venture for over 17 years. Passionate about empowering her clients, Lili utilizes her deep understanding of tax law to help them maximize available benefits. Based in the picturesque San Clemente since 2005, Liliana has embraced the community spirit by dedicating her free time to serving as League President for the SCGS for the past five years. When not immersed in her work or community endeavors, she cherishes quality time with her family, indulging in beach outings and sporting events, making the most of the coastal lifestyle she's come to adore.

GENERAL COUNSEL

Milissa brings a unique blend of legal expertise and business acumen to DH Tax and Consulting. Raised in Southern California, she honed her analytical skills at U.C. Berkeley, focusing her undergraduate thesis on the challenges confronting small businesses in America. After gaining valuable experience as an analyst at Green Street Capital Management in San Francisco, Milissa transitioned to the legal field as a paralegal at Latham & Watkins, ultimately deciding to pursue further education. She earned her Juris Doctor and Masters in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University in Malibu, solidifying her status as a licensed California attorney. Beyond her professional pursuits, Milissa finds joy in spending time with her family and indulging her passion for equestrian sports, competing with her hunter/jumper horse and pony.

CONTROLLER

Elaine, a distinguished Cum Laude graduate from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, first earned her CPA designation in 1986. With over 30 years of expertise in general ledger accounting and financial reporting, she has held positions as an Accounting Consultant, Principal, and Controller for numerous companies across California. Outside her professional focuses, Elaine has maintained her passion for singing and serves as the Musical Director for the Filipino Choir of St. Cecilia. She also cherishes spending quality time traveling with her daughter Chelsea and is an active member of the Our Mother of Perpetual Help Prayer Group.

ENROLLED AGENT

S. Kita, armed with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Indonesia and an MBA from National University, embarked on his Public Accounting journey at Deloitte and Touche. Since then, he has successfully navigated through several esteemed California accounting firms, excelling as a Tax Manager and establishing a solid foundation in the world of tax, accounting, and business management. Beyond his professional career, Sabar finds solace in long distance running and cherishes precious moments with his wife and two children.

James is a seasoned tax and accounting professional with over a decade of experience across all aspects of business tax and accounting. Holding licenses as an IRS Enrolled Agent and a CPA registered with the California Board of Accountancy, James brings a wealth of expertise to his role. His extensive background and qualifications ensure that he delivers top-tier financial services to his clients, providing them with peace of mind and confidence in their financial affairs.

With over 15 years of extensive experience in bookkeeping, real estate planning, and transactional management, Kristyn is a proven expert dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Her career journey began in Atlanta, Georgia, where she adeptly oversaw commercial and residential real estate investment transactions. Kristyn's unique blend of real estate expertise and financial acumen enable us to provide invaluable services to our clients and their businesses.

CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER

Stacey, a California native, brings over 35 years of extensive experience in the mortgage industry, having worked for major companies across California and Nevada. With roles ranging from Senior Loan Processor to Director of Operations, she takes pride in her ability to curate the best client relations experiences possible. Stacey recently decided to make the transition into the exciting realm of Tax and Accounting, where she has found a new passion. She hopes to empower her clients to better understand and manage their finances and help them thrive. Outside of work, Stacey enjoys setting out on golf outings every weekend, and whenever the opportunity arises, she takes to the Colorado River on her boat to unwind.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Reema is a seasoned accountant specializing in bookkeeping and QuickBooks implementation, holding an MBA and an Enrolled Agent (EA) certification. Committed to delivering precise financial insights and personalized solutions, she helps businesses thrive with strategic guidance and meticulous attention to detail. Outside of work, Reema treasures family time through hiking, movie nights, and travel adventures, embracing every moment with joy and love.

Vincent's extensive experience spans prestigious accounting firms across Orange County, CA, as well as renowned national corporations such as Intuit. With a proven track record, he specializes in assisting businesses of all scales in recovering substantial tax amounts, showcasing his unwavering commitment to their financial prosperity. Vincent's career is marked by a profound dedication to empowering small businesses and ensuring they achieve their objectives. Outside of his professional endeavors, Vincent finds balance through his love for sports, actively participating in basketball leagues and golf tournaments year-round.

Specializing in Economics with a focus on Financial Applications, Peter pursued his studies at Southern Methodist University. With experience as a summer analyst at UBS Bank in Wealth Management, Peter has honed his skills analyzing market trends and providing strategic financial advice. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys staying active with activities like bowling and pickleball, while also cherishing quality time spent with family and friends.

PRACTICE MANAGER
Following her pursuit of Forensic Studies at San Jose State University, Kloee seamlessly transitioned her career into the world of Tax and Accounting, blending her analytical skills with financial acumen. As a licensed notary public, she takes pride in applying thoroughness throughout all of her professional endeavors. Beyond her work, Kloee sustains her passion for criminal investigation through her avid interest in true crime productions, while also attending music festivals and solving puzzles in her leisure time.

Ehva is eagerly preparing to transition to the University of California, Santa Barbara where she is excited to pursue a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance. Her experiences at DH Tax and Consulting have played a pivotal role in her decision to pursue this major, igniting her passion for understanding financial systems and economic principles. During her time at Santiago College, Ehva had been an integral part of their softball team, showcasing her dedication to sportsmanship and teamwork. Apart from her athletic pursuits, Ehva also harbors a profound passion for travel and delights in exploring new destinations alongside her loved ones.

Emma is currently pursuing her B.S. degree in Construction Management with a minor in Accounting at California State University, Long Beach. Her experience at DH Tax and Consulting has not only helped her hone her management skills but also introduced her to the world of business accounting, providing her with valuable insights into the intricacies of financial management. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Emma is passionate about hiking and exploring nature. She also enjoys maintaining her proficiency in French through immersion in films and cultural experiences, while cherishing quality time spent with her loved ones.

Sofia is gearing up to embark on her academic journey at San Diego State University in the fall, where she intends to pursue a B.S. in Sociology with a minor in Accounting. Her dedication to linguistic proficiency is evident through her achievement of the Spanish Seal of Biliteracy in 2022, showcasing her commitment to cultural understanding. Beyond her studies, Sofia finds joy in exploring new cultures through travel and indulging in culinary adventures as a passionate foodie.

Tami brings over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, having excelled in diverse roles such as Senior Loan Processor, Funding Manager, and Escrow Officer. Her range in capability has been key to her success, even taking it upon herself to obtain her California Property Casualty License. Recently, she embarked on a new journey by transitioning into the tax and accounting industry, where she has been thoroughly enjoying learning the wide complexities of this new field. Outside of work, Tami's top priority is spending cherished moments with her two loving children and granddaughter. Beyond this, she always makes time to indulge in fine dining experiences and appreciate the beauty of nature through hiking.
